Q: I don't love my item. Do you accept returns??
A: Absolutely! We offer store credit for returned items within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us with your order number to start your return - hey@tagclothingshop.com. For full details reference our refund policy.
Q: I bought an item during a sale. Can I return?
A: All sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes items purchased during flash sales.
Q: I have a question about sizing. Can you help?
A: Yes! As a general rule, go with your normal size unless you see it runs big or small in the product description. We also offer try on videos for each item! Head to our instagram and check it out.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Unless otherwise noted, most orders will ship out within 3 business days. Depending on where you live (we're located in Utah), your order will likely arrive within 1-5 business days via USPS, once shipped.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $5 flat, always!
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: If you're local to Utah, we do offer local pick up in Herriman or Draper. At checkout, use code 'HERRIMANPICKUP' or ' DRAPERPICKUP'. Once your order is ready, you will be notified by text or email. Items will be on the porch in a shipping bag, with your name on it. Please verify you grab the right item!
